Rattlesnake Rest Co. Refund & Return Policy

At Rattlesnake Rest Co., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every mattress we produce. Because our products are compressed, boxed, and shipped for convenience, returns can be difficult once opened and used. Please review the policy below carefully before purchase.

Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted within 7 business days of the delivery date. After this period, all sales are considered final.

To qualify for a return or refund, the mattress must be inspected and confirmed to have a manufacturer defect. Issues related to comfort preference, sizing, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for return or refund.

Condition Requirements
The mattress must be:

  • Free of stains, damage, or odors
  • Properly repackaged when possible (original packaging preferred, though not guaranteed)
  • Returned in reasonable condition for inspection

Because mattresses are vacuum sealed and boxed for shipping, we cannot guarantee they can be returned to original packaging form once opened.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Rattlesnake Rest Co. does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return transportation expenses under any circumstance.

Refunds
If a return is approved due to a verified manufacturer defect:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method after inspection
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges or return shipping costs

Final Sale Policy
All items not meeting the defect criteria or outside the 7-business-day window are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
